The Australian and New Zealand College of Notaries is holding a Masterclass for New Zealand Notaries on Friday 25 November 2022 at the Hilton Auckland. The programme will include the latest information and news from the Department of Internal Affairs, Australian speakers and Panel Members Peter Snelgrove, Norbert Schweizer, Gabriella Fabiani, Justin Betar, and our very own New Zealanders Don Thomas and Ken Lord.
The topics are a broad range: Legalisation & The Hague Apostille Convention – Tips & Tricks, Electronic Notarisation, Difference between Authentic & Private Notarial Acts ~ Monte Piasche Banque Case, Vexatious Documents & Scams, Identification of Individuals – including remote access, Identification of Fraudulent Documents, and the Up-date from Depart. Internal Affairs on Apostille & Legalisation, as well as practical and question and answer sessions.

The seminar begins with registration at the Hilton at 8:45am, closes at 5pm, followed by a Masterclass Dinner at the Hilton 6:30pm until late.
